Where can I find the school/tote/purse bag?

Q. Where can I find the school/tote/purse bag ive seen many girls have them but no idea where they got them..Ive seen this bag its like a tote bag it has a cloth material almost looks like a quilt of some sort... and different designs its hard to explain but i tried all the common stores, walmart, rue 21, forever 21, macys, khols, etc. I even googled it i havent got a clue if u know where and can provide a link id appreciate it although someone posted before a video to make tote bags yourself but those are beach bags and not what i was looking for but the make up bag in the video represents the kind of material the bag im looking for has.... heres the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSnlE1FXI4Q and if u skip ahead to 6.28 thanks so much
