I can't decide if I want to use a tote bag or backpack. I have noticed a lot more girls at my school are starting to use backpacks but a large amount of girls are still using tote bags. I can't decide. Are backpacks dorky? Can anyone find some cute backpacks? Or totes?

The amount of stuff you have to carry around at high school is massive so i would deffo suggest a nice Roxy or animal backpack :P there really comfy but look really cute too. Although if you have lockers i would get a tote..
Also, your name is Surfer chick so maybe a Roxy or animal beach chic rucksack would look good and i would add some beach braclets and that would look really sweet :)

Hi. I have a volcom backpack but I feel like it is getting old. I want a new change before I have to go back to school. I am going to the mall today hopefully. What kind of backpack would you reccommend? Do you use a big purse or do you use a traditional backpack? Also what colors would not clash with a ton of different colors? Im 16 and in my final year of school. At my school all of the girls have handbags or satchels.
I have this bag from river island (see below)

I don't know if you have River Island where you live but most of the girls I know have their bags from their. Because we have to wear a uniform the only way we can show our style is through our bags so people tend to have quite expensive bags here. Brown/Tan colours are in at the moment and are great for winter into spring. They go with most colours but obviously the safest colour to go with is black like this one (see below)
