Is the North Face Jester backpack for girls?

I recently bought my son a North Face Jester backpack for his upcoming school year. He liked it until he looked at the name or whatever at the bottom and told me this was a girls backpack and that he wanted a " recon " backpack. Is recon backpack another brand of backpack? Is jester really a womens backpack?should I just return it and get my money back? What should I do?

Yes. I do I agree with John. Your son should be happy that you actually got him a North Face backpack. :) The Jester backpack is a both a boy and girl backpack. I seen guys who have it in every color except pink and then girls in all the colors they have for the Jester backpack. So tell him to be happy with what he have because it IS a unisex backpack depending on the color that you got and you shouldn't exchange this amazing backpack for another more expensive one.
