What is the best backpack for a junior in high school?

I am a high school student in search of the perfect backpack. HELP! I do not like my one-over-the-shoulder-bag. It causes back and shoulder-blade pain. I need some advice!!

I'd like the backpack to fit these requirements:

-Not to bulky or mountain-climber-looking
-Support in back area. Comfy, not hard on shoulders or back
-Big enough to hold, spirals, expandable folder, pencil case, lunch box, etc.
-Make it cute! I prefer blue :) (Nothing to flashy)

What kind of backpacks do they use in High School?

Mostly what kind are the backpacks do girls use. Also if I packed a lunch for High School should I put in a bag or a lunch box? Will be in HS this end of August!
yeah I should get a Thomas the Tank Lunch box.. JK!

*laughs* I went through this when I went to college. I decided that backpacks weren't the thing for a university girl and ditched the back pack and went for a book bag.

Just one thing and I am not sure how your new school will be but make sure you get a locker or have a locker that you're sharing with otherwise those books can be a pain to carry and tote around. My old high school was so picky about giving out lockers it wasn't even funny. I couldn't even get a locker. So I ended up with one of those backpacks with wheels so I ended up wheeling my books around, much easier than wearing those books on your back and those books are heavy.
