If you were the manger of the local NHL hockey arena, what would you do?

1) Supposedly, you have become the Manager of Concession Operations at your local hockey Arena. Your boss (the Arena Operations Manager) has stated that SPAM sandwiches, Budweiser Select, and Canada Dry Ginger Ale is not selling, therefore you have to come up a new food, a new beer, and a new soft drink to be on the menu at the concession stands during games and events. Which items would you pick to fix the menu?

2) Now assume that you have been promoted to the Public Relations and Marketing Manger for your local arena. There is a charity hockey game coming up, and you will have 3000 cancer kids attending for free. You have decided that it would be good publicity to put free items on the seats of the entire arena, before the game. Your assistant has entered your office with sample itemsâ¦..Thunder sticks, towels, and backpacks. Which do you choose? Or do you pick another item altogether? Or do you completely forgo the idea?
Now, since you have decided you donât like PR work, you have switched jobs to the Head of Arena Security. Many uptight people are complaining about this guy singing while dancing up and down the stairs. When you go to check out the situation, you realize the guy IS drunk, but he has the class to only get up after stoppages in play and during intermission. He is not swearing, spilling his drink, or touching anyone. The head of Risk Management is all over your case because the guy is having a hard time even doing the twist. After telling the guy to settle down, he continues to dance around. Do you kick him out, or let the drunk have his fun?
