In both of the info. for the backpacks the LLbean has a bigger "cubic in." but then for the Dakine there are bigger dimensions.
Which one is bigger? (And which would you choose for a student with AP, IB, and Honors classes soon to be Junior?)
Thank you!
Answer
Since the LLbean backpack has more cubic inches, it's bigger in volume. I think the Dakine backpack should be plenty of room, though, and it is cuter. As a former IB student myself, I'd go with the Dakine backpack. I've had one that brand before, and I know they're sturdy and of good quality. I've never had an LLbean backpack, so I couldn't tell you much about them.
Also, I applaud you for taking IB courses. I took both AP and IB courses in high school, and I can tell you that the IB program is so much more enriching. It's a great program, and I probably wouldn't be who I am today without it.

Here's the only backpack American Apperal has. It's not shiny, which is a good thing but it just seems sort of blah.

Hot Topic has some backpacks but I really just love the yak paks. My sister and I are just obbsessed with the teal print.

JanSport has a lot of neat backpacks but there isn't a lot of choices it really isn't backpack season yet. You would have better luck if you looked around august.

I really suggest going to JC Penny first though because there are so many choices and cute backpacks! mostly the prices range from $20 to $30.
If you don't find any backpacks you compleatly fall in love with i suggest you try to use a tote bag. Hollister, American Eagle, VS Pink, and Aeropostale have mazing bags. Though before you buy look into the school dress code. At my school we arn't allowed to use them because it could be potentially dangerous (?!)
