OKay I know i've asked about this before...
But I just got Warped Tour tickets last night and I was curious about some other things.
My parents bought 4 tickets, one for my friend, one for me, one for my sister if she wants to go, and one for him. He doesn't want to go to any of the concerts, he just wants to be there because you know hes a dad... That's what he does.
SO with the Reverse Babysitting center-things, he just goes there and chills? If that's what he wants to do does he have to have a ticket? I kinda want to take another friend with me.
So..... Help please?
ANY information about what I mentioned above.... Thanks â¥
Also, if you have any information that I might need about any of this i want to be as prepared as possible! :D

Yes he needs a ticket to go to the reverse daycare. Reverse daycare is an air condition tent with a big screen tv and comfy chairs. They have movies playing all day as well as free beverages for the parents. Kids aren't allowed inside the reverse daycare.
Bring: Water, Sunscreen, Hat, Brush, Hand Sanitizer, Backpack, Sharpies, Kleenex.
Eat a good breakfast that day. Eat there even if you don't feel hungry. Have a spot to meet up with friends if you get split up. Take a break in the shade every once in awhile to cool off and relax. There will be a huge blow up with the times/bands/stages by the Main stage and Vans tent. They have a free paper with the stage names and free pencils to fill out the bands and times.
After doing that then explore the booths a lot of them give you free stuff. Get to the band stage 30 minutes before they are set to play to get a good spot. Dress for the weather. Don't wear jeans or dark colors. Don't wear opened toed shoes if you plan on going into the crowd your feet will get smashed. Stick to shorts, t-shirt or tank top and comfy shoes.

Vans Warped Tour 2012 Questions?!?!?

Lisa
So, I am going to the Vans Warped Tour this year, and it is my first time going. So, I hear that there are many stages. How does that work. And the place I am going to is like an arena, so where are all the stages going to be? It starts at 11:00am, so how long do you think it will last? And do the headlining bands play a longer set, how many bands are going to be there? Would you say that the Vans Warped Tour is appropriate for a 14 year-old? And are there chances to meet the bands? And is there anything else I should know before going?
Thanks!
Answer
They are set up around the venue. If its at an arena chances are it will be in the parking lot. Bands will start playing 30 minutes after the doors open. It should end around 8:30 depending on if they start on time. Bands get 30 minutes of playing time. There will be 60+ bands playing that day. Yes its appropriate I started going when I was 14. There will be plenty of kids your age there. You have a very good chance of meeting bands. A lot of them do signings that day. Drop by their tent at the beginning to see the place and time of their signings. Get there early the line for signings get really long. Some bands do hang out at their tent through out the day hanging out and selling merch.
Eat a good breakfast that day. Eat there even if you don't feel hungry. Have a spot to meet up with friends if you get separated. Take a break in the shade every once in awhile to cool off. Bring: water, sunscreen, hat, hand sanitizer, backpack, money, charged cellphone, sharpies, kleenex. Dress for the weather. Don't wear jeans or dark colors. Stick to shorts, t-shirts or tank top, and comfy shoes. Don't wear opened toed shoes stick to closed toe shoes. When you get inside go straight towards the Main stage and Vans tent there will be a huge blow up with the times/stages/bands. They have a free paper with the stage names and free pencils to fill out the bands and times. Afterwards explore the booths a lot of them give you free stuff. The vans tent gives the first hundred people free stuff if you say the secret word. They do have free stickers and posters at the vans tent. Bring extra money because food and water is expensive. The key to surviving warped tour is to stay hydrated and keep applying sunscreen.
