I know there's ground school and I heard around 70 hours of flying. Can you tell me how much all this would cost for a small airplane like a Cessna 150?

The cost depends HEAVILY on the time you actually take to finish and the hourly costs for the aircraft and instructor. A Cessna 152 can rent from $59/hr at a flying club to over $70/hr at a pricey flight school.

What is the cheapest way to send used books abroad?

I am doing a book drive to school and want to send the books collected abroad. Is there a cheapper shipping service other than USPS? I am in the US.

If you are shipping the books to a single address out of the US, you
should be eligible for a M bag rate. It is the absolutely cheapest rate but most clerks don't offer it as a suggested service as it requires certain paperwork and they are under the gun to keep the wait time in line down.
Go to USPS. COM and search for international rates for the country where you want to ship. You should find an m bag rate.
