Which game should i get?

I'm deciding which game i should get. I want a good action/shooting game or mellow/chill game, preferably something with a long campaign and a high resale value. Please give me you're opinion from 1st to last of the games you would pick.

Don't want to lie so I havent played:
X-Men (heard it is fun but guarentee you'd regret not picking other)
Little Big Planet (C'mon seriously? bias - not my sh*t)
Pure (no Valid opinions)
SHOOTER: easy for me to categorize
1) Red Faction: I could honestly go on for days I am in love with this game. I promise you that you have never played anything like it. The campaign is fun, but some missions can get a bit redundant. The real part that will blow your mind is the multiplayer. I promise you that there is no way cannot like it. The incorporate backpacks(around 10) such as jetpacks, invisibility, firepower(increased HP), heal(basically invincible against bullets - not rockets - for 5 seconds. I dunno, you have to play and become familiar with weapon and backpack locations and you will fall in love. Sorry I said for days the rest will be short.
2) Resistance 2 - i thought it was kind of whack at first but fun campaign, competitive is very fun. My favorite is coop it is not the campaign, you are put on teams of eight and you can either be a medic, spec ops (sniper and provide ammo), or a soldier(no special ability but gun has shield) You work together and just kill comp .... it is definately a good time.
3) Killzone 2 - pretty fun campaign. Same with multiplayer. At first the graphics will blow your mind until you relize how sh*tty the controls are.(aiming) Takes some getting used to but the as you progress you unlock abilities that you can match with weapons. It is pretty sweet.
ACTION
Hard for me to categorize Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Prototype. Similar genre yet all very special in own way. In no specific order(just my opinions
Prototype: I am currently playing it is a very fun game. Possibilities seem to endless. (many upgrades and so many you probably will never even use some.) Again this can get a bit redundant. If you played and liked infamous youll love this. Army calls in airstrikes constanly though and makes me want to break PS3. F*ckin fun game though.
Oblivion: One of my all time favorites. Now seriously the possiblilties are endless in this game.(more so than protype) You can do basically anything in this. Only downfall in my opinion is kind of lame battles, but that is not really what this game is about. Probably the most time you will ever put in a game excluding multiplayer.
Fallout 3: AWESOME. I mean oblivions fun but a tad outdated. I am a sucker for free roam games and this shite is top notch. Very rarely can a sand box style game keep you on the edge of your seat, but this definately does. Well I guess prototype will knock you off your seat, but F3 is not as much action and a lot more intrigue. So your decision

Skate 2: Hands down better than any Tony Hawk game will ever be. This game is honestly breathtaking and very fun. Not much else I can say.

To be honest though RFG is kind of the best of both worlds. The campaign Is a free roam game like prototype, F3, and Oblivion, but it had a genuine (3rd person) shooter feel. F3 is close, but in my opinion it falls short (probable pissin people off). I am not kidding when I say the multiplayer will blow your mind. Sledghammers and backpacks and guns OH MY!
